Chemistry Now

Uma série de 36 vídeos produzido pela National Science Foundation (NSF), NBC Learn e a National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), em 2011, para celebrar o Ano Internacional da Química, criando "Chemistry Now".

Os vídeos online revelam e explicam a ciência de objetos físicos comuns em nosso mundo e as mudanças pelas quais passam todos os dias. A série também analisou a vida e o trabalho dos cientistas nas fronteiras do século XXI.
Aborda polímeros ("plásticos" como kevlar e celofane), gás carbônico, fermentos, queijo, sal, gelo, sabão, etc.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) joined forces with NBC Learn and the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), in 2011, to celebrate the International Year of Chemistry by creating "Chemistry Now".
An online video series that uncovered and explained the science of common, physical objects in our world and the changes they undergo every day. The series also looked at the lives and work of scientists on the frontiers of the 21st century.
